SELECTING A PRODUCT
When you find something you like, select your size, choose a colour, and simply add the item to your shopping basket. Items can be added or changed at any time before you check out - so you can continue shopping at leisure!
Alternatively, if you would prefer to place your order by telephone, call 0113 274 6969 and one of our members of staff will be happy to take your order in person. Lines are open 10-6 Monday to Saturday. Typically, you will receive a call back within 15 minutes confirming the availability of the item(s) requested. It couldn’t be easier!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You will be asked to register with us, providing the address of where your credit/debit card is registered, and if different, where you want your order delivered. You will be given the option to provide additional delivery addresses – we can make sending Christmas and birthday gifts easy! Payment will be taken when your order is placed and you will receive an email confirming your order.
If you place your order by phone, you also need to register with us online and make payment using our secure online service.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products listed on our website are regularly checked for availability. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified by email and your card will be refunded. If you prefer, you are also able to select an alternative item or, at your request, we can do this for you.
