Returns Policy
Unwanted Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days. The items must be received in the original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging. Please be careful when trying items on – remove make up, perfumes or deodorants that will leave marks on the garment. When we have received and checked your order, a full refund will be given. The length of time before the credit shows on your account will vary according to your card issuer.
Exchange Items
If you simply want to exchange an item, you have the option to bring it to your nearest ginger ink store (with your receipt), or you can complete the returns form that was sent with your order and mail it back to us. Alternatively, you can contact us by either emailing info@gingerink.co.uk calling 0113 274 6969 to order a different item. As soon as the items you wish to exchange have been received we will despatch your new order. On all exchange items, you will not be charged a second time for postage, even if your order value is less than £50.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is either not what you ordered or is faulty in some way, please fill in the returns form included with your order and return it to us. On this form, you will need to state the reason the product is being returned and whether you would prefer a replacement product or a refund. Delivery charges will also be refunded if the garment is faulty. The refund will be credited directly to your card.
Please note however, we are unable to process refunds in store. Should you be requiring a refund, you must complete the returns form and mail the unwanted items back to us. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
